Peck-Welch Residence (Bethlehem, CT)

Design and build a sustainable residence. Main level Master Bedroom suite with cathedral ceiling. Four bedrooms and two full baths on the second floor. Detached 2-3 car garage with covered walkway to the mudroom near the kitchen and a ½ bath. Office/study with fireplace off the Master. Living room to share fireplace with the study. Dining room, full basement with walk-out if possible, nine foot ceiling. Exterior to be clad in cedar shakes and/or clapboard. Metal roof. Prominent trim package and detailing. Southwest facing granite terrace and screened porch. All hardwood floors, Central A/C with two zones. Two stairways. Green and sustainable design sensitivity where possible.
