DVA will perform the following renovations:
• Relocate and enlarge the existing kitchen to be open to the family room.
• Integrate all new appliances and cabinetry and coordinating layout with/for Owners’ kitchen designer.
• Redesign Master Bedroom Suite; rework entrance, new closets, new bathroom, possibly add space over kitchen, replace existing balcony doors, convert existing front eave space to a dormer.
• In working to create an Arts & Crafts/Prairie/Mission Style for the house, consider installing wood beams, wood wall finishes and details, adding stone to the fireplace and chimney.
• Create a butler pantry. Part of re-designed Master Bedroom will likely extend over the present cathedral ceiling kitchen area.
