This project involves the combination of units A and 1E to make one duplex apartment. An opening will be cut in the floor slab of 1E and a new stair built to join the two units. Unit A will be gutted and renovated to provide a guest bedroom & bathroom, media room and utility room. In Unit 1E, new closets will be built for the master bedroom and entry foyer.
